It will address the need to attract and retain skilled talent and showcase the AU and African institutions to increase awareness and interest in career opportunities within the organization.

The AU recognizes the deep connection many Africans in the diaspora have with the continent and aims to provide opportunities for them to contribute to realizing the goals of Agenda 2063.
